The syntax used by Jenkins is the same as in JEXL, Groovy GStrings, PHP (more or less), and basically all Unix shells, so most users are likely familiar with that.
While there's some variables documented at /env-vars.html, that doesn't actually explain how they can be used.
Will look into adding some documentation, but it's unrelated to mstestrunner plugin, so resolving this as Not A Defect.
