The issue William Clifford is experiencing stems from an incomplete request in a weird attempt to emulate a web browser. No json argument for structured form submission.

AFAICT the correct approach is to do something similar to 'Create Job' documented at the /api URL.
Hence no relevant response to Oleg's comment asking for updated and additional information in several months. Resolving as incomplete.
