We have moved to 1.598 Jenkins version last week.

  • The 1.598 Jenkins with PTC plugin 1.28 does not have "Apply" error.
  • The 1.598 Jenkins with PTC plugin 1.31 (special version) has "Apply" error.
    The "Job Configuration History" "ShowDiffs" works fine, only "Apply" in configuration editing has the issue.

Thus, I can't say that this is general Jenkins issue
