I am having trouble with a PDF document. When I open it with Adobe Reader it goes through the processing bit and then tells me it is a Read Only, secured document. Looking at the security menu it says it is password protected. Now the supplier of this file, Yamaha Corp says it is not password protected. I was able to print the file and then scan it with K1000 but the quality of the resulting file is not all that great. I tried using k1000 to read the file and convert it to a Kes file but it can’t get pass the password problem. Any thoughts out there on how to solve the problem. Thanks Tom
