Fifteen does its share of crashing around here, usually when one or more of our Internet-based apps hangs. My solution has been to bring JAWS back temporarily (it's always on Startup), then kill it and bring it back again. That keeps me from rebooting most of the time, often with minimal damage. As we use an IP system, a reboot means losing a call--something I try to prevent.
