Thanks, Adrian. This didn't work, but it did somehow give me the facility to tab past a link field I thought I was getting stuck on. It turns out there was invisible, to the sighted viewer, text and graphics that advertised for the web designer. I found this out by doing a select and copy all and pasting in an email message.
JAWS read all the usual same stuff, but it wasn't visible to my sighted daughter. I selected all text and forced all text to black color, and, voila, that's when the text became visible to the sighted. I sent the info on to the site owner who can take this up with the site designer if she wishes. I want to clear all cookies, temp files, and everything else from my Internet explorer 11 on my 64-bit Windows machine running JAWS 16. I go to Tools and Internet Options in Internet Explorer, but I'm confused about whether the checkboxes listed there should be checked or unchecked to perform the desired deletions. Can someone explain to me whether these boxes need to be checked or unchecked to delete these files?
