IE 4.01 & JFW .31 patch

Hello listers;

Before I installed the .31 patch, when I pressed alt+F, then C to close IE
4.01 I was asked if I wanted to disconnect from the modem.  Now Ie closes,
JFW looses focus and I am still connected to the isp.  This was brought to
my attention by another user of JFW.  Has anyone else found this to be
true??
