Despite these frustrating events, I've been having the most wonderful
day. I've been practicing alot of music and found several songs I wrote
back in the period of 93-96 that I'm finding are really good songs. I
think at the time I wrote them, I was not a very good performer and was
not able to give them much justice but they seem to have found some new
life. Then I started singing some old Stevie Wonder, "I Never Dreamed
You'd Leave in Summer" and "Think of Me As Your Soldier" and it felt so
good just to let my voice ring out and really feel the passion in the
music (though my housemates might not think so...). Maybe I'll do one in
my set at jonifest. And I went to a used bookstore and found a cool book
"Indestructible Truth: The Living Sprituality of Tibetan Buddhism" and
I'm getting together with some friends tonight at "Jack of the Wood" , a
really cool Irish pub that's nonsmoking. There is so much to be
grateful for. Victor --- Victor Johnson---
