No, but you can:

Have non 0 lo0 units in non-main instances
Assign multiple IPs to the same lo0 unit

JUNOS can build adjacencies over all IPs on a given unit (moot for lo0,
I know), and you can use policy to effect advertisement of a subset of
the addresses shared by some unit.

HTHs

Subject: [j-nsp] multiple loopback addresses

Does anyone know if Juniper support multiple loopback interfaces for the
same family. For example lo0 unit 0 family inet
                         unit 1 family inet
                             :

For base routing instance or VRFs. I need to have multiple loopbacks in
a single instance (base or VRF).

I tried and it seems that Juniper can't support this. But I'm still in
disbelief....
This is for MX or M series.
Thanks,
Marlon
