Dunno the price point for a EX4200, but at least Brocade (CES2000) and Cisco (ME-36/3800X) do have smaller 1U boxes doing MPLS and L2VPN in the "affordable range". The Cisco's do L3VPN as well, but do have a limited FIB. Don't remember the CES2000 price, but 20kUSD (have I been told) will buy you ME-3600X with dual DC and 10G-license (Note: list price!!). A 3800X drains your account quite some more, but have more FIB, queues, etc. -- Pelle A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text. Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
