Adnan, Yes, the 10.3R2 should be able to wrap around the CLI problem. I've seen similar oddities on my pair of MX960s a few weeks back. Did JTAC ever tell you why they are recommending this version of JUNOS? Have they seen a bug in the previous version? If yes then ask for a PR.
