Hi Keith Assuming it's on two different interfaces on your side then it doesn't matter (for layer3 interfaces). On their side, it's best to ask them as you want to ensure that the layer2 paths are kept separate assuming they are running this to two different routers (or even interfaces) then it probably wouldn't cause issues.
