SUMMARY
After encountered this issue on a brave browser, I have decided to opened a bug
report there...

It comes to the conclusion that the latest version of Kwallet on arch has a bug
that slows down its launching process so therefore I downgraded it to version
6.11.0 and fixed it.
I am making this bug report so I can address this issues to your attention.

brave took like 1 minute to launch
