Summary: URL/Nav Bar Froze/Unresponsive when Plasma Integration
is enabled in FF

SUMMARY
Lately, one of my Firefox Window would get into a state where where the
URL/Nav/Search bar is completely un-clickable with the mouse. You can alt-tab
navigate through it, but via mouse it is completely unresponsive as if it there
was nothing there. Opening a new tab in the window would allow it to function
just for that new tab: going to others would cause it be unresponsive again.
Usually, in the new tab, entering a URL or something in the search box it would
then freeze like the others.
Not sure if it is related, but I have 2 monitors and a Firefox window on each.
This has only ever happened to the window on the left monitor (and the right
monitor's window is fine).
I've tried digging into a bunch of things and almost gave up - including a
fresh reset of Firefox, etc. I think thought maybe it was an extension: I have
only ublock and Plasma Integration. I removed Plasma Integration and it has now
been about 3 days and it has yet to re-occur, which at this point I believe pin
points the issue to the extension.
