SUMMARY
When trying to change the default application for the markdown files (.md)
within the property window of Dolphin from KWrite to any other program the
changes are not applied. To change the default program I had to remove KWrite
from the program list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Ensure that the default program to open a .md file is KWrite
1. Right-click on a .md file
2. Go to "Properties"
3. Click on "Change" under the section "Open with"
4. Try to change the opening order for the programs in order to select a new
default program
OBSERVED RESULT
After clicking on "Apply" or "Ok", KWrite comes back to the top of the list.
The changes are not saved.
EXPECTED RESULT
The list remains as manually set.
