This means the latest one is never at the top unless there's literally only 1 notification. I always have to scroll to see anything recent. By the way, the notification history keeps getting deleted between sessions and one-by-one when clicking notifications. I want to keep it indefinitely without it deleting anything, like in XFCE. I can't find any way to set that in KDE.
