Menu option removes from right click after opening and closing a tab
SUMMARY
In case menu toolbar is hidden, there's a "menu" option in the context menu.
But when you open a new tab and close it, this option is not displayed anymore.
The situation is shown in the attached recording.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide all toolbars
2. Right click and notice the "menu" option
3. Then "menu" option is not appeared anymore in the context menu.
