SUMMARY
In captions view, I have a first level of tags with one which contains two or
more sub levels. If I check particular tags and click Apply button, check sign
disappears but the tag is created at the root of tags-tree. It seems that the
problem issued with tags named twice with the same label. Perhaps in an earlier
ordering, but I do not remind created them and I think it is the result of the
problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search by tag
2. select extraneous tag
3. select an image
4. delete the tag at the top level
5. assigned the tag in the sub tree hierarchy
6. click apply button

OBSERVED RESULT
1. the assigned check disappear
2. the tag deleted before appear again at the top level

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected to be able to delete irrelevant tag at top level because I want it
to be classified under the appropriate branch
