In other work environments such as GNOME and MATE, and in Windows, there is a
feature called "keys that make sounds."
When the user presses Caps Lock and Num Lock, if activated, the system emits a
sound to indicate that the keys have been activated or deactivated.
This would be a very useful feature for visually impaired people to report the
state of the key.
