SUMMARY
The idea is to have something like move, copy (and sync) shortcut if an user
has activated split window. So target will be preset to the other window from
split window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate split window
2. use the new shortcut (or command in the toolbar which is visible at split
window only)
OBSERVED RESULT
- no shortcut or command now available
EXPECTED RESULT
- easy move, copy (and sync) between two split windows.
