The error message with the broken button
SUMMARY

The "Details..." button on the error overlay "The Akonadi personal information
management service is not operational" does not do anything.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some problem with the Akonadi service
2. Open Akonadi console
3. In the error message, click on "Details..."
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Something opens to show more details
