After updating my system to plasma 6 I reinstall korganizer. This fails due to
a invalid dependency.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to install korganizer with sudo pkcon install korganizer.
OBSERVED RESULT
Schwerwiegender Fehler: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpq-dev: Hängt ab von: libpq5 (= 14.11-0ubuntu0.22.04.1) but
16.1-1.pgdg20.04+1 is to be installed
EXPECTED RESULT
Installation should be worked.
