Bug ID: 496806 Summary: errors columns are ignored on creating plots Classification: Applications Product: LabPlot2 Version: 2.11.1 Platform: Other OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: frontend Assignee: alexander.se...@web.de Reporter: uwesto...@web.de Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 176201 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=176201&action=edit screencast My daily task is to deal with sensor data. Thus all my data have errors. As it is plotting them in LabPlot is inconvenient: - take the attached file. It contains a CSV file I imported. There I set column 4 to be the y-error. - create now a plot as in the attached screencast result: the plot does not include the errors But I explicitly selected a column that is specified as being error values. It takes a lot of clicks to add the error bars. This reduces the workflow a lot. To fix this, the plot should automatically get the error bars selected when the plot is created. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
