SUMMARY
I just installed a fresh system with KDE, and when I pin items to the taskbar
and then log out and back in, all the pins are reset and reverted. My other KDE
installs on different machines are unaffected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into KDE Plasma 6 Wayland session
2. Unpin system settings
3. Log out
4. Log back in
OBSERVED RESULT
System settings unpin is reverted, icons are as before the modification.
EXPECTED RESULT
Pin and unpin actions are permanent.
