SUMMARY
Size of timer not calculated correctly if title contains non English
characters.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put timer plasmoid on the desktop
2. Open configuration
3. Set title to some containing non English characters
OBSERVED RESULT
Handler to resize timer is around smaller area than timer requests.
EXPECTED RESULT
Whole timer plasmoid is inside handler.
