SUMMARY
When locking my user account and going away for a while, when I come back, I
notice my desktop icons get rearranged and go back to being to the side (seems
like in alphabetical order), while I usually put two apps on the other side.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put a bunch of application icons in the desktop
2. Lock the user account
3. Go away for a while (?)
4. Unlock the user account
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop icons get reordered
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop icons stay where they are
