The KDE-way for writing manpages (as I recall) is to write in docbook and use 
the manpage styles sheets.
But I think I've seen them written in perldoc too (pod2man)
Don't think I've seen asciidoc used in KDE

one example of such a docbook manpage is man-kf5options.7.docbook in the 
kdoctools framework.
