So we only need somebody who forks the hardly maintained flex/yacc tools for windows...
I think this one is actively maintained: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winflexbison/ and I used it to compile Qt5.5 with msvc2013 (somewhere in the qt docs there's a link to this project). So it *should* work with KF5 too. But someone has to test it. It's out of my scope because currently I don't have a working environment for KF5.
