I have added kqueue support to HAMMER. It turned out to be ridiculously
easy to do. The support is in HEAD and will tentatively be MFC'd to
2.x on Sunday.
I quickly wrote a new utility called 'monitor' which monitors a set
of files and directories using kqueue.
