Position: Project Coordinator (Junior Proj Manager) Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 1 years + renewals Rate: Open This person would be responsible for coordinating Customer Equipment installs for the Pacific Northwest, but reside in Sunnyvale office. “The job is the OWNERSHIP of installations from the time of sales team opportunity identification through customer handover. · Coordination planning with the customer storage teams, lines of business, facilities managers, PS managers, resource coordinators, NGS, etc. · Update global inventory xls in conjunction with the other PM’s and TGA as installations complete. · Track SO’s, PO’s, installation addresses, site contacts, SE/P info from the NOW site and PO to ensure all new filers are captured. · Skills needed are a junior PM with good coordination skills and communication skills. This person must have a positive outlook on the business, willing to learn, and be a strong team player. Good basic Microsoft Office software knowledge is a must.
