Enforce application change control and migration strategy policies are followed Troubleshoot Siebel Server related issues Work collaboratively with IT and Business partners to effectively and efficiently maintain, support and enhance enterprise business applications: Define and perform routine and maintenance practices related to application/system administration; Partner with assigned business areas to understand their business processes, and configure changing business needs as enhancements into new and/or existing solutions applying change management best practices. Provide technical administration and migration support for various Siebel environments. Be available on an on-call basis for off-hour/Weekend support Gather and define usability, reliability, and performance requirements; Develop system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity and recommend actionable solutions to address adoption issues and improve operational efficiency. Manage BI Publisher application and troubleshoot BI publisher issues With a strong customer service focus, collaborate with HelpDesk to respond to requests from business users – creatively resolve issues, answer questions and clarify business processes, design and develop enhancements, troubleshoot and fix bugs. Manage and Administer Oracle SOA Application Troubleshoot an issues in oracle SOA and BI Publisher application Work collaboratively with Integrated systems administrators to implement and maintain integrations across enterprise business applications. Develop data quality/hygiene check and database maintenance plans and monitor overall system health, as necessary. Identify and correct performance bottlenecks which may occur at any application tier. Quickly identify and resolve any production system issues.
