Required: 1. Design, configure and test software applications and systems 2. Support medium to large engagement teams by providing hand-on CRM/IPM technical expertise in the development and configuration across multiple modules 3. Work closely with clients and demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction 4. Identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity 5. Increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients 6. Perform gap analysis 7. Configure SAP CRM/IPM modules; generate configuration documents for CRM/ IPM modules 8. Generate functional specification documents; support the development of complex reports using SAP Query to display financial positions as required 9. Test various CRM/IPM modules to ensure system functionality is working as per customer requirements; research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements.
