Just personal thoughts, but I'm not sure to have all the elements: If the eholding title updates the Marc title : if it's from a Koha list, it's useless but not a problem as it's the same record, so the same data? If eholding title updates the marc title from a kbart file, I would say that it's better to upade it. I'm not totally sure because Marc record could be better but if the kbart file is the reference, we should do that. For a new "manual" creation of a local title, it should not be link to an existing biblio ?
