When you try to submit a CatalogConcern from the OPAC while not logged in, a
popup open itself to allow the user to login.
It works well for local authentication, but it does not allow CAS login nor
Shibboleth login.
For CAS login, the option is not there and the popup will only allow local
login.
For Shibboleth login, the popup only have a title and nothing else, no login is
possible.
