Bug 39411: Add cardnumber and dateexpiry to OPAC virtual card
To test:
1. APPLY PATCH
2. Enable OPACVirtualCard
3. Login to the OPAC and visit the account page.
4. Click on 'My virtual card'
5. Notice that the cardnumber and expiratrion date are now listed.
