Hi,
Just a quick followup, I quite agree with Nick's point of view.
I don't even see the point of providing two different "first date", the first
issue date and the subscription date.
It is quite confusing in my opinion.
I'd be happy to use Nick's patch as-is or with a radio button follow-up.
One of our partner as BibLibre also is confused :)
