It could be nice to have the ability to define multiple descriptions for a
location, depending on the library
For example a location code "FICTION" could have a description "Fiction" in a
library, and "First floor - Fiction" in an other.
Currently we have to create 2 codes for handling this situation
The mechanism could apply to OPAC and staff descriptions.
