Each guest CPU (vcpu) corresponds to a QEMU thread.
You can see the thread ids in QEMU with "info cpus" in the
QEMU monitor.

Since a vcpu is a thread you can apply standard Linux
mechanisms to managing those threads-- CPU affinity, etc.
