of working the leaf tally (palmetta in Italian) but it looks like a good way
for beginners to get their hand in.

(The video is hosted on a wonderful Italian lacemakers' social networking
site called Fiore e Tombolo. A friend of mine dubbed it "lacebook". *grin*)
