Regarding all forms of needlelace: I think that Catherine Barley may have developed a technique to handle this. She is on Arachne, has written a Batsford book "Needlelace Designs & Techniques", and her work is breathtaking - an example is in the Poppy lace project. Through the years, her lace has been published in The Lace Guild's bulletins (England). Jeri Ames in Maine USA Lace and Embroidery Resource Center

I haven't done too much in the past, I have a lot of instructions and patterns. But I have one problem, what do you do when you run out of thread in the middle of a filling and can't get the thread on the needle back to the braid in order to sew it out. Hope someone out there can give me a clue. Miriam in a very quiet Arad, Israel. - To unsubscribe send email to majord...@arachne.com containing the line: unsubscribe lace y...@address.here.
