I have added them to the LT project at Transifex as "LT for Android" and "LT for Android Play Store Description". They will update automatically in one direction, i.e. Transifex notices updates in git (but sometimes it takes a day). To get the translations, you need to download them as we do it for other projects with a script[1] (that needs to be adapted), then commit to git.
