I do not use any assembler. So, your suggestion is to replace Intel based Mac with a PPC based. I suppose FPC and Lazarus port to Intel based is still on the road against PPC based version which is developping for long time.

However porting your application to Mac OS X, should not concern what cpu is inside the machine. Your are not using assembler but only high level functions, are you? The differences between cpu types have to be handled by the compiler internally. Hope you start working on tha Mac soon and report how Lazarus/FPC behaves on this platform. _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject archives at http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailarchives _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject archives at http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailarchives
