When I'll return home from work I'll check it out and post an existed
code that does the job.
There is no Scanline for TBitmap (moved to TLazIntfImage?).Probably must
stay as proposed. Any suggestions ?

Attached modified patch for review.I've implemented also
LoadFromResourceName and LoadFromResourceID - not perfect because it
doesn't use instance : Thandle.I don't know how to implement this in
multiplatform way,because resources are added to global Lazarusresources
list.Possible solution would be to allow resource DLL/SO files to attach
own resources to LazaruResources list from executable.In this case
patch is correct.
I'm not shared library guru - could someone confirm that when DLL use
LResources unit it creates own instance of LazarusResources list ?
