I had very strange problems with my IPIP tunnels since changing to dachstein-small. i first didn't realize that the problem could cause of the kernel. i searched the problem elsewhere (IPchains rules...) I can't say that dachstein don't work with IPIP tunneling because of the following reasons: 1. I compiled dachstein by myself (i didn't use charles kernel from his website but of course i used exactly his kernel tree and config) 2. I'm not 100% sure that I really used the NEW compiled ipip.o and not this one from my old 2.2.19 Kernel (Ewald Wassher). But I'm 90% sure that I used the module from dachstein. 3. I didn't try Charles' ipip.o modules from his website Is it possible that IPIP tunneling don't work with dachstein? (missing kernel patch?)
