You could argue that our first choice team and back-ups are as follows; Casper (Lucas) Richardson (Gardner) Marques (Huntingdon) Naylor (Michalik) Dickinson (Sheehan) Robinson (Prutton) Douglas (Hughes) Delph (Howson) Johnson (Snodgrass) Beckford (Christie) Trundle (Becchio) Kilkenny, Parker, Sweeney, Showumni and Telfer all seem to be completely surplus to requirements and potentially blocking the path of any youngsters In fact that also shows how useless we have been in the transfer market in recent times. Five of the team were at the club when we were in the 2nd division, Delph has come through the youth teams, 3 have just arrived on-loan (and hence unproven yet), so only Robinson and Johnson out of the 10 or so people we have purchased in the last year are actually in the team – and neither of them are exactly roaring successes. Maybe its time to stop chopping and changing and work out how to get the best for what we have. Matt
