Something to check ray is the rails that they are installed correct. everywhere a Delrin bush slides along a rail there should be a
Line or small groove running down centre of the rail this shows the correct side of the rail for the bushings to slide on the rails are not the same each side. You may know this already but I have seen many mills assembled incorrectly and the saddle is very tight it should slide very easily but not be sloppy.
