Christos, can you check the line: PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/usr/lib/pkgconfig:/tools/lib/pkgconfig" \ ? The backslash at the end must be there, and no blank character after it. Also check the order (first /usr then /tools). If everything seems Ok, can you run again the sanity check at the end of the GCC page (starting at "echo 'int main..."?
