Which means that it's the GUI that: 1. isn't setting the values correctly 2. and doesn't expose options to configure the values Please let me know if this is enough detail. I have been following this since reporting in 2013 and I am fairly confident that the previous commenters have already detailed the issues that need to be fixed.
