The line numbering there must count from 1 to 5 (as in Word); in Writer, it
goes from 1 to 6.
This bug does not focus on missing (not shown) number 2 for paragraph between
the first and second tables. It is only about extra number 3 (not shown after
commit 441aed20b95ee40dec1df72fb8e8167d0e48c0c4) between tables 2 and 3, which
shifts numbering down, and making the paragraph under table 3 have unexpected
number 4 (instead of correct 3).
