Might be similar to Bug ID 104762, which is marked resolved, WFM.
Trying to drag down the selection box to include more cells results in a random
jump in the selection, usually upward, which overwrites the contents of the
added cells - very annoying and destructive.  The back button reverses the
damage if applied in time.  No workaround found.  Others have reported similar
bugs going back years.  This is serious and needs to be fixed.
